After render on save document loses focus

Describe the issue:

I'm editing a qmd document. I set render on save in the settings, or at the toolbar or in the yaml header. Each time I save the document the preview is updated but focus is lost and I need to click on the document to continue editing.

This is related to work we did in quarto-dev/quarto#699 in the Quarto extension, because the way we were trying to maintain focus turned out to be BAD. 😬

Can you open a feature request in the Quarto extension repo for us to give another try at bringing focus switch back to the editor with render-on-save on?
