Summary

  • Implemented a fusion pass for Linear + BatchNorm ops.
  • Extended partitioner configuration to recognize the fusion pattern.
  • Registered the pass in XNNPACK.
  • This implementation supports FP32 only. Support for quantized cases may be added in a future PR.

Fixes #11587

Test plan

  • Added unit tests to verify that Linear + BatchNorm is properly fused.
  • Verified that stand-alone BatchNorms1d ops are not fused.
  • Tests passed via:
    python -m unittest executorch.backends.xnnpack.test.passes.test_batch_norm_fusion
