tl;dr no longer mention 2.6,
UILabelinstead ofprint(), update screenshotWhile reading through #1608, I noticed that a GUI example printed to console instead & mentioned an old arcade version.
This PR brings the example into line with the newer example style of not printing to the console and future-proofs the example by removing mention of the arcade library version number.
