@encukou: I prefer to be very explicit to avoid further questions like #108440 (comment) Honestly, I didn't know which prefix should be used (PY_UNSTABLE_?) before your reply.

This wording should go in the devguide, not the user-facing documentation. Users aren't the ones naming the API!
