Please don’t reference issues in the commit message, it clutters the referenced issue. Regarding the change, is this basically moving a sentence into a more prominent location? Not that it’s a bad thing to do, just want to make sure I’m not missing anything here. |
The change moves one sentence, but it also changes its meaning. I removed "for that package" from the sentence to try and make it clearer that wheels are disabled globally and not just for the package that has the command line option. |
Thanks for the clarification. I think this is ready if you could remove the issue reference from the commit message. |

Update documentation to state that using command line options on any requirements will disable all usage of wheels. Since this is unexpected behavior, move text to a warning.
