Description

Added the feature end-to-end encryption for private encrypted channels.

Also addresses #111.

[ADDED] Strong name to the PusherClient assembly.
[ADDED] Support for the authentication header on the HttpAuthorizer.
[ADDED] End-to-end encryption for private encrypted channels.
[ADDED] Method Channel.UnsubscribeAsync.
[ADDED] Host to PusherOptions.
