* Move PULP SDK to point at `main` branch Depends on pulp-platform/pulp-sdk#149 * Build own Docker image for CI purposes. * Do not 'build' PULP SDK as there is nothing to build * Test newer SDK to fix regressions * Rely on pulp-sdk with reverted hyperbus changes for multiple transfers * Moved from own to public pulp-platform/pulp-sdk * Update CHANGELOG.md + move CI to pulp-platform Docker

This PR backports relevant open-source files from Siracusa's SDK. These are used by Deeploy's open source CI.
