What's in this Pull Request?
This control extends the FluentUI ThemeProvider control and allows you to apply the required variation to the theme among those available in Fluent UI, which is none, neutral, soft, strong.
You can also pass an object that contains the colors (primary, text, background) to generate a theme and then apply the variation.
