fix(web): settled and snoozed lines line up with the messages above them - #17191

ApprovabilityVerdict: Approved at Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — This is a one-line styling correction that only adjusts the horizontal padding of settled, snoozed, and wake status lines so they align with the messages above them. It has no impact on application logic, data, APIs, defaults, or static-analysis configuration. You can add or adjust custom eligibility rules. Learn more. |

The "Settled 2d ago · Un-settle" line at the end of a thread sat 12px to the right of everything above it. Message text, the "Worked for" fold, and the copy/fork row all start at the same edge, and the status line was the only thing indented past it.
ThreadStatusLinecame over from the composer banner stack in #16631 and keptpx-4. Timeline rows have no horizontal padding of their own and assistant content only addspx-1, so I changed the status line topx-1too. The snoozed and "Woke from snooze" lines use the same component, so they line up now as well. Mobile has no equivalent line in the chat, so nothing changes there.Lint and format check pass on the changed file. I checked it in the web app on an isolated dev server with a copy of real settled threads, in dark mode at 2x. The dashed line marks the shared text edge. I didn't check desktop separately because it renders the same web component.
