fix(server): main typechecks again after a test used renamed helpers

Main is red: #16287 added a test in ProviderSwitch.integration.test.ts that calls ProviderAdapterRegistry.makeLayer and makeOrchestratorV2ReplayLayerWithRegistry. #16295 and #16282 had already renamed them, so Typecheck and Test Server 3 fail on every PR.

This switches the test to the current names, ProviderAdapterRegistry.layerFromAdapters and ProviderReplayHarness.layerWithRegistry, which the rest of the file already uses. The test is unchanged otherwise.

Verified locally: server tsc --noEmit is clean and the "keeps the native session after turns refused before reaching the provider" test passes.
