Total Queries Graph - Summary hover screen

Expected behavior

In the dashboard screen when the user hover the mouse over the Total Queries graph, the summary sub-screen should be positioned in a way that the user should know exactly which column he is hovering/seeing the data.
The position of the sub-screen should be similar to the position of the Client Activity graph, just below the Total Queries.

Actual behavior / bug

Because of the location of the sub-screen, it is difficult to have a clear view of the column selected to analyze.

1. Go to Dashboard view
2. Hover the mouse over the Total Queries graph
3. Look at the position of the Summary sub-screen, you'll notice that the position of the screen make difficult to be sure about what data is selected.

So you basically want to flip the position of the hover tooltip from above the graph to below the graph?

I'm not sure if there really is an issue here: in the tooltip the selected time range is shown, there is a small triangle of the tooltip attached to the bar it's showing data for. And the triangle is in line with the position of your mouse cursor....
