No way to disable kruise-daemon-config namespace from attempting to get created

There is a configuration value installation.createNamespace to disable the kruise-system namespace from getting created, but there is no similar way to disable the kruise-daemon-config from getting created.

What would you like to be added:
Add support for customizing kruise-daemon-config namespace & its role/rolebinding in helm chart.

Why is this needed:
Currently there's no way to disable kruise-daemon-config namespace creation here and no way to select the namespace where this and this resources.
