Time to start refocusing on getting a "native" (libcontainer) exec driver on Windows. The first step to this is a bunch of refactoring of various structures and interfaces which have Unix-specific fields out of the Windows paths. For example the container state structure, the container interface, criu, cgroups and so on.

This is the fifth of a bunch of small PRs to move to that goal - refactoring of configs\config*.go into platform agnostic (common) pieces, and platform specific pieces.

Through 6734c7a (Merge pull request opencontainers#370 from
vbatts/json_schema_and_examples, 2016-04-11).

The only unlisted changes to master were a brief run with ffjson
(opencontainers#343, opencontainers#351), but that was pulled out due to gccgo issues in opencontainers#363.
