Consistent entity names in continuous text

User Story

• As a user, I want to identify entity names in continuous text quickly so that I don't get confused.

User Value

• Improved reading flow.
• Consistency (at the moment it's sometimes with and sometimes without quotes)

Acceptance Criteria

• entity names (file, folder, space, user, group) are wrapped in double arrows (»file name«) across the UI
  • in modal titles
  • in modal messages
  • (add more if you can find more)

If I rename a Space, the Quotes are not displayed. Should I open a Bug for this?
