Tiles view is missing drag highlight

Bug Description

The tiles view is missing the highlight when dragging a file onto another folder.

Reproduction Steps

• switch to tiles view
• create a folder and a file
• drag the file onto the folder

Expected Outcome

The folder should be highlighted just like in the table view.

Actual Outcome

The folder is missing the highlight.
