Change trash bin icon in overview

User Story

As a user, I want the trash bin icon more clearly indicate when the trash is empty, so that I can immediately distinguish between full and empty trash bins in the overview, since the small color change is not noticed.

Description:

Currently, the trash bin overview shows full and empty trash bins side by side, but the small color change on the trash icon is barely noticeable. Users may not realize that a trash bin is empty. Replacing the icon with delete-bin-7 when the trash is empty and the delete button is disabled provides a clearer visual cue.

Acceptance Criteria

Acceptance:

• When a trash bin is empty and the delete button is disabled, the icon changes to delete-bin-7
• When a trash bin contains items, the standard trash icon is displayed.
• Technical note: Action interface needs to be changed to allow string or function for the icon
