"New" context menu in bottom drawer looks off

Bug Description

The margins in the "New" context menu of the mobile bottom drawer look off.

Reproduction Steps

• reduce your window size to mobile
• open the "New" context menu

Expected Outcome

Items are aligned properly.

Actual Outcome

The first and the last items are misaligned.

Additionally, the "Upload" menu also has issues. The first item "Files" has more height than "Folder". And the importer action of the importer extension has the same problem as the last item in the "New" menu.
