Add tiles view to Shares and Deleted files and make the view setting global

Idea

Problem:

we switched Personal and Project tabs to tiles view by default, but left Shares and Deleted files in table view. from a user’s perspective switching from tiles to a table break the visual rhythm and force users to re-adapt

Solution

implement tiles view for

• Shares split out into other stories Tiles view: Shared with me #1338 Tiles view: Shared with others #1339 Tiles view: Shared via link #1340
  -Deleted files overview feat: tiles view for trash #1310
  -Deleted files node (trash) feat: tiles view for trash #1310
  sections to keep the UI consistent.

• make view mode setting global. feat: set view mode e.G tiles or table view globally, add condensed view to Spaces view  #1306
