Update script to support Behat’s new failing line number output

Our CI has failed due to a new feature introduced by Behat that is to display the line number of the failed tests in their latest release 3.24.0.

As a temporary fix, the Behat dependency has been pinned to an older version 3.23.0 in this PR: #1501

ToDo:

• Update our scripts parsing logic to correctly handle the new Behat output format with failing tests' line numbers
  [full-ci][tests-only] revert behat version and fix regex on test script #1507
