Dev Merging sphinx into master to transition away from gitbook
Fixing from broken links - dev - prepping link fixes
For @danamlewis. This moves everything back into a top-level sphinx directory.
Port openaps@95451e9 changes to docs at the top organization. * remove some of the "click here" style link targets Link targets should be nouns representing what the resource is * point to official docs as well as devel docs (these links will not update, automatically, it needs to reflect master so we can merge it in to master with zero changes). * restore links to docs at the top * format many lines to max line length (~80) for friendlier diffing in the future. * Conflicts: README.md
