Got most things un-broken, and some links to RTD. Let's merge this, then spend some time fixing things for better non-RTD navigation. |

So, I looked at dev and it appeared to fix most of the links. However, this stripped a LOT of the usability out of this. I will merge this as a bandaid, but please hold off on making any other major changes in the interim, especially without following the community best-practice of getting two +1s from other people for major changes or merges. I will take the next step of doing a wip or dev branch to do the next gen stuff that we can work from content and structure-wise. |
