Background

The development of openETCS shall be done based on the best available modelling methodologies. To reach this, in WP 2 the requirements for open proof shall be assessed. This report is currently written.

Scope

The scope of this project - Task 2.1.1: Methodology Report - is to derive the currently used modelling methodologies in signalling and other safety relevant industries like aviation. Beside the interviews research according the state of the art shall be done in relevant literature and results of other projects. This project is finished after the report is written and approved.

Description

In this task interviews at WP 2 partners and beyond have been conducted to evaluate currently used methodologies by signalling experts and in signalling industry.
