@jsiegle The build is failing for a link in the SpikeDetector plugin page, specifically a PubMed link (see error below):

(User-Manual/Plugins/Spike-Detector: line 100) broken https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15228749/ - 403 Client Error: Forbidden for url: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15228749/

What do you want to do for this? I don't want to ignore this link, so the only other option I know of is to set the User-Agent header to hopefully allow this link to be checked. I found this comment describing how to spoof the header, let me know if this is a valid workaround.

It's weird that it is failing now, because that link has been there for years and it's never been an issue.

That is indeed strange. I think in this case it's fine to replace the link with a citation, e.g. Quian Quiroga et al. (2004) "Unsupervised spike detection and sorting with wavelets and superparamagnetic clustering" (DOI: 10.1162/089976604774201631)
