Return authorization list for SetCodeTx type

Description

As described in the specification: https://eip7702.io/#specification, the new SetCodeTx type, has an authorization list:

authorization_list = [[chain_id, address, nonce, y_parity, r, s], ...]

Example:

We need to include this information in the result of eth_getTransactionByHash JSON-RPC endpoint.
