Rename a repository

I've just added a new opam repository, and made a typo. Could an opam repository rename <old> <new> command be added?

Sounds doable, but non-trivial to implement. It's not on our priority list at the moment but we might do it in the future, otherwise PRs are always welcome

Won't you get all sort of problems non-relocatable packages (starting with ocaml).

This feature request is about renaming a repository (opam repository/opam remote) which is internal to opam, not a switch, so non-relocable packages are not a concern here
