Create switch export --full backups from time-to-time for debug purpose

When a problem occurs, it could be useful to have a better view on the state of the local repositories for debug purpose and to be able to diff between previous local states.
I'm not sure if this would be useful to have always enabled, but at least as an option to enable for when the next time an issue arises i think it could make sense, although i'm not entirely sure what to do regarding the details (frequency, additional data, …)
