CI is failing
- on riscv64 and FreeBSD while installing
libbinaryen.117.0.0-blike #28763 due to warnings-as-errors - on Cygwin-MinGW while installing
libbinaryen.117.0.0-blike #28763 - on opam-2.0
We might consider adding x-ci-accept-failures entries in a separate PR.
