Link to MDN document on Number.isSafeInteger() so people unfamiliar
with the concept of a safe integer have a convenient resource.

While adding the link, I noticed that some of the links at the end were
not in ASCII order, so I moved them to the right place in the list.

Yes, and I don't care enough about the lexical sorting of references to leave this open just to accomplish that....Closing.
