Pipeline fails if sample names have hyphens #1377

Description of the bug
Unconfirmed, but had a report that the pipeline failed at the SUMMARIZEDEXPERIMENT steps if sample names contain hyphens. I suspect this is just because of the underlying R script sanitising the names, so should be an easy fix.
