- unit tests look good here @hyphaltip - thanks for fixing!
… handle reverse strand) - this should fix bug #611 and touches gff and zff generation code which also dump CDS - note that translation was working so protein files were properly created but CDS had extra base(s) which make translation frame wrong from raw FASTA file
