needs to be merged, with a slight changes in SAMLController.php as it breaks globalscale logout on nc25

@ArtificialOwl is it compatible down to whichever GSS setup works with NC 21? That's the current supported range at master.

If we have to raise version it is not a problem, would do anyway in a the group backend PR, just that's not finished too soon.
