Comments not showing entire comment

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a new announcement comment with multiple lines (more than 3)
2. Save the new comment
3. View the comment and notice that information is missing. Click edit, info is there but hidden.

Expected behaviour

The announcement comment should show everything or at least have an option to show everything.

Actual behaviour

The comment only shows the first 3 lines and the rest is hidden but can't be shown.

I think you meant to report this in https://github.com/nextcloud/announcementcenter

But it's also applicable to the comments app which provides the UI that is then used by the announcementcenter app:

The same problem after update to Nextcloud Hub 10 / 31.0.5

In Activity>Comments its fine:

App Nextcloud announcements is off. We don't need them.
