Printing should be disallowed in secure view mode

Steps to reproduce

1. Share a PDF document with download disallowed, AKA secure view share
2. Open the generated link from a private browser tab, to simulate an external visitor
3. Printing is allowed, which is an easy way to download a PDF. This ruins the "no download" option.

Expected behaviour

Printing should not be allowed when the document is opened in "Secure view" mode.

Actual behaviour

Print icon is shown, and can be used to save a copy of the PDF file.

I've just found that there is an issue open in the server repo:

nextcloud/server#24998

I don't know if this is a better place to file it. Please consider merging.
