Location open link

This merge request allows to add a open link option when user enter a url in location field.

Yeah but if someone enter a url of a web meeting then there must be way to open it? so when you enter text it will not do anything but when you enter a url it give an option to open that link .

Sure, but this need to use the other new property mentioned in the linked issue, not the location one.
