Previously, lddtree always checked for the glibc library paths, even when ran on a musl binary. This resulted in incorrect results on multiarch systems with both musl and glibc.
Also fix case where /etc is missing
add gnu libc binaries, and add a test that ld.so.conf is used and works
also add missing lib/ld-musl-x86_64.so.1 test that we dont pull in anything gnu
