Built on mac using mac ports install of qt

export PATH=/opt/local/libexec/qt5/bin:$PATH
cmake ..

Was unable to compile on my mac due to updates.
Waiting for security to update OS to latest version, and will try again.
Will probably be a long while, as there isn't an immediate driver for me to work it.
Was trying to get it to compile with cfe.
I could keep it open if you think someone else would want to pick it up.
