How to build statically in docker - Needs work. Eventually a configure script would be nice (TODO List)
#This will build download/build all dependencies and then build ScoringEngine statically for use almost anywhere
#If you already have a docker container for ubuntu 14, run it with "docker start {container}" and run bash with "docker exec -it {container} /bin/bash

./build_ubuntu_static.sh

docker cp {container}:/root/ScoringEngine/ScoringEngine /{where ever you want it locally}
