Add [-u|--no-update-config] option to skip update of configuration files

If you already have an nquakeSV install, then want to install again in a separate folder (for example to compare to a fresh installation), the new installation overwrites the configuration files in ~/.nquakesv, which breaks the original installation. This option prevents that from happening.
