Input By Duration: When toggling rest mode, and toggling it off, the note head cursor disappears. Notes can't be entered.

2. Press M to enter into the mode
3. Enter notes with a MIDI keyboard and commit them by pressing a number (this works)
4. Press 0 for rests
5. Enter a rest
6. Press 0 again
7. The note head cursor is no longer visible. This means notes cannot be entered with a regular keyboard anymore

I cannot reproduce this on macOS in the latest nightly (9Feb).

I can also see it's working as expected in the nightly too
