[MU4 Issue] shadow note issues

Describe the bug
Couple of shadow note (blue note shown in note entry mode) issues.

• 1. ledgerline line distance is wrong in staves with customised line distance (PR Shadow note couple fixes #14816)
  

• 2. ledgerline width is too wide in scaled staves (PR Shadow note couple fixes #14816)
  

• 3. dotted rest has wrong dot position in scaled staves (PR Shadow note couple fixes #14816)
  

• 4. staccato above (belov) note has wrong position (mostly x position)
  

• 5. tenuto has wrong y position
  

• 6. staccato-tenuto below staff has wrong order (staccato should be closer to note, not tenuto)
  

• 7. notes have wrong x position in scaled staves (only scale > 100% affected)
  

Expected behavior
Shadow note should be same as note, which will be added to score.

Ah! Thanks @cbjeukendrup ; for a moment I thought the comment had disappeared, as I wrote it in another tab 🙃 . Anyhow, yes, I would appreciate formal assignment & will attempt this first thing tomorrow 👍
