Audit of #11682 found autobot-frontend/src/utils/CacheManager.ts (cacheManager singleton, browser-cache clearing utility) has zero call-sites in src/ (distinct from services/CacheService.ts, which has 1 real caller). Decide: wire in or remove. Blast radius: 0.

    Removed via PR #12123 — merged as c254f59 (orphan duplicate, 0 imports, replaced by canonical util). Verified no references remain.
