redo add arm_id to panda_moveit_config #106

Hi Moveit group,

Sorry for the mess last time, first time to do a pull requests.

Please check the modification I made on the panda_moveit_config. I added the "arm_id" to the files. Now each panda arm can has its own move_group. It is possible to add multiple panda arms easily now.

Thanks for cleaning this up. I replaced a few remaining locations mentioning "panda".
