Withdraw button looks disabled, but is clickable #4423
Description
Please confirm the following.
- I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
- I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal
What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Describe the bug
This button is styled as disabled, but clicking it correctly redirects to `/dashboard/revenue/withdraw`
Steps to reproduce
Go to Dashboard / Revenue
It's there.
Expected behavior
Either it should be styled as disabled with no functionality or styled as enabled with functionality
