Can't download file from console when github unavailable

Today we have following situation: github.com was unavailable for a 30 minutes and nobody can't download files via minio console. When I select file and then click download new window opens with following link:
https://jimmywarting.github.io/StreamSaver.js/mitm.html?version=2.0.0
and nothing happens because github unavailable.

Expected Behavior

User can download file via console even if his PC haven't internet access

Current Behavior

Nobody can't download nothing via console

• Server setup and configuration: 4 nodes with 4 disks on each
