[open62541pp] Update to version 0.18.0

• Changes comply with the maintainer guide.
• SHA512s are updated for each updated download.
• The "supports" clause reflects platforms that may be fixed by this new version.
• Any fixed CI baseline entries are removed from that file.
• Any patches that are no longer applied are deleted from the port's directory.
• The version database is fixed by rerunning ./vcpkg x-add-version --all and committing the result.
• Only one version is added to each modified port's versions file.

Can you just do the update without trying to add this feature?

The open62541-nodeset-loader is provided as a submodule and integrated into the open62541pp library. The build fails, because the submodule is not cloned.
What's the idiomatic way to clone recursively or init the submodule after cloning with vcpkg_from_github?

You have to issue separate vcpkg_from_Xxx calls and copy bits to the right place. There is intentionally no 'recursive' mechanism because that would 'escape' asset caching (since the recursive'd thing could never be SHA512'd)

Ok I understand. I guess for both open62541 and open62541pp the better option would be to add the open62541-nodeset-loader to vcpkg and just link the library.
