Complete the aiohttp ApplicationInsights implementation

There really isn't much wrong with this. The confusion is because the default queue size is 500, making updates to ApplicaitonInsights infrequent, and easily confused for not working when testing/developing a bot.

Add ability to set the queue size when creating the client from the bot.
