Steps to reproduce

Test environment:
OS Build: Windows 11 Enterprise insider preview 23H2 (22631.3296)
Power toys version: v0.79.0

Repro Steps:

1. Open the Power Toys app in the desktop.
2. Select the color picker option from left navigation pane.
3. Navigate to add new format button and activate it.
4. Navigate to save key in the add new format dialogue.
5. Notice that the keyboard focus disappears when pressing tab key and reappearing after pressing tab key thrice.

Note:
This issue is repro throughout the App for every same kind of dialogues present at different setting options.

User Experience:
This issue significantly impacts users who rely on keyboard navigation, users will get confused, and they face problem if the keyboard navigation will not be logical.

✔️ Expected Behavior

After pressing tab on the format option, the keyboard focus should directly go to the save button.

❌ Actual Behavior

After pressing tab thrice from the Format edit field focus lands on the save button inside the ‘Add custom color format dialog’.
