[Focus order - General]: Keyboard focus is getting lost after "Check for updates" button. #14343

Steps to reproduce

Test Environment:
OS: Windows 11 Version Dev (22494.1000)
App version: 0.49.1
App name: Power Toys
Screen Reader: Narrator

Repro Steps:

  1. Launch 'Power Toys' application.
  2. Navigate to General tab and activate it.
  3. Navigate with tab key and observe the issue after 'Check for updates' button.

User Impact:
If the keyboard focus is lost users unable to know on which control currently keyboard focus is landing.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Keyboard focus should not lost and it should be clealy visible to the user while navigation with keyboard tab.

❌ Actual Behavior

With keyboard tab navigation focus is not landing any interactive controls after check for updates.
