Fix few bugs related to some flow steps (connect, create envelope from template, list recipients)

List of bugs

• Envelope Status is missing in Send Envelope using template custom action
• The output of the Envelope Status Change Connect missing sender data
• The List recipients and Remove Recipient custom action does not pull the envelopes when a folder is selected
