keep up with Unity2017

Holotoolkit has been updated to Unity2017.2, and official suggest developers develop with new Unity editor, but spectator view are still in Unity5.6 and has a lot of depracted API, please update the SpectatorView and make it easy to deply.

This github seems dead though, since the last working release was in June. In the mixed reality timeline, that is considered years ago.

I'd also like to see a 2017.X upgrade for this project.
